MODULE 1 - FUNDAMENTALS WEEKEND
+ the science behind breathwork
+ breathing techniques and the nervous system
+ the physiology of breath
+ the PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® methodology
+ the different breathing techniques within the practice
+ how to structure and sequence a class
MENTORSHIP + PRACTICE TIME
You start practicing with your buddy.
You meet online with your mentor to get feedback and support on your first teachings.
MODULE 2 - INTERACTIVE TRAINING WEEK
We study and train how to
+ guide a class and teach PSYCHEDELIC BREATH
+ build an inspired and safe space for your students
+ create an opening topic and step into your authentic voice
+ select music & create collaborations with artists
+ teach an in-person class - vs. online sessions
+ work with essential oils and healing touch
+ build a business with PSYCHEDELIC BREATH
+ set up effective communication channels & collaborations
ADDITIONAL EXPERT WORKSHOPS:
+ Digital Marketing Expert Workshop
+ Essential Oils Expert Workshop
+ LEGO Serious Play coaching to define your mission with PSYCHEDELIC BREATH
Our training week closes with the 1st part of your exam.
MODULE 3 - TEACHING PRACTICE & COACHING TIME
You teach six full PSYCHEDELIC BREATH sessions in a private setting. You choose the timing for these classes, yet we recommend two months as a time frame.
You are supported by your mentos to fine tune your teaching skills.
MODULE 4 - CERTIFICATION
You meet Eva in a final 1:1 COACHING CALL and receive your CERTIFICATION.

DURING THE TRAINING
In this breathwork teacher training you definitely learn how to become a confident and inspiring teacher - yet we also aim to support your personal growth. Eva will help you find your teacher voice with her purpose personality reading skills and you will receive input from our coaches, healers and experts in different fields.
AFTER THE TRAINING
To use the method and the brand but also to allow us to continue supporting you and the quality of your teaching, we have established a small license fee of 22€ per month (+VAT).
Here is how we support your teaching business:
+ You get featured on the official PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® webpage - so clients in your city find you
+ We introduce you and your work to our Instagram community
+ Eva supports the whole teacher tribe in quarterly mentoring calls
If you decide to stop teaching PSYCHEDELIC BREATH, you of course also stop paying the license fee.

Eva founded PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® eight years ago and will be guiding you through the teacher training.
She is a Dipl. Psychologist, Purpose Coach, yoga and meditation teacher and one of the worlds leading breathwork experts.
